The Foundation does not delegate tokens for governance purposes, has not participated in governance decisions, and has no authority to direct or bind SkyDAO's governance decisions. The Foundation does not act on behalf of any tokenholders, and no statement in Foundation publications should be interpreted as a commitment by the protocol's community or governing bodies. The Foundation's board of directors owes fiduciary duties solely to the Foundation, not to any tokenholders or other protocol participants. No fiduciary, advisory, or other relationship is created between the Foundation and any reader of Foundation publications.
