Who is the Sky Frontier Foundation (SFF)?
Sky Frontier Foundation is an independent foundation, founded in August 2025, supporting the innovation, development, and acceleration of the Sky Ecosystem. Built to accelerate growth and unlock new frontiers in DeFi and digital finance, SFF supports new Sky Agents and funds breakthrough technologies. Sky Agents are autonomous and independent systems within Sky Ecosystem that plug into the decentralized Sky Protocol primitives such as lending, stablecoin generation, or operational oversight.

Lukasz Baksik
Lukasz Baksik is a veteran operator across Sky Ecosystem, with six years at Sky and a career that spans eight years in crypto and DeFi and 15 years in financial markets and fintech. He specializes in building and streamlining company operations, with expertise in designing scalable processes, strengthening internal controls, and developing people functions that help teams execute consistently as organizations grow.
Jacek Czarnecki
Jacek Czarnecki is a long-serving crypto lawyer and an early contributor to Sky Ecosystem. In his decade of work in crypto and DeFi, he co-founded L2BEAT and Stablewatch, and has served as an advisor to multiple high-profile projects. He brings expertise in protocol strategy and governance, legal design for decentralized systems, and building practical frameworks that connect DeFi and traditional finance.
David García Ríos
David García Ríos is a senior lawyer responsible for designing the legal structure and legal strategy for Sky Frontier Foundation in support of Sky Ecosystem and the Sky Agent Framework. His work focuses on cross-jurisdictional regulatory planning and the legal execution required to operate DeFi and digital asset initiatives across markets.
Deniz Yilmaz
Deniz Yilmaz is a senior technology and product leader with five years of experience at Sky and eight years in crypto and DeFi. He led the development and delivery of Sky Protocol upgrades and the launch of the sky.money app in 2024. He brings a track record of execution at scale, pairing strong engineering leadership with clear product direction across DeFi systems.
Rune Christensen
Rune Christensen is the co-founder and long-term architect of the Sky Protocol and the broader Sky Ecosystem. He is a pioneer in decentralized stablecoins and protocol-based monetary systems, with a sustained focus on building resilient DeFi infrastructure.
Glenn Kennedy
Glenn Kennedy is the founder of Leeward Management, a multi-jurisdictional offshore fiduciary and corporate services firm. He is an experienced offshore governance and corporate structuring professional with over two decades of expertise in regulatory law and compliance. He has served as a director of investment funds, fund managers, and leading digital asset projects. Previously, Glenn practiced Cayman Islands law with a leading international law firm and was an equity partner at a Toronto-based business law firm. He serves as Secretary of the Cayman Islands Directors Association.
